Hyderabad Police Arrest Forever Living India Executive in Alleged MLM Fraud

Police say the network cheated roughly one lakh people of about Rs 600 crore.

Overview

  • Police arrested 61-year-old Harish Kumar Singla, the country sales manager of Forever Living Imports (India) Pvt Ltd, then seized a Mercedes-Benz and froze Rs 3 crore linked to him.
  • Cases were filed at Rein Bazar, Mirchowk and Madannapet police stations after victims complained.
  • Police say the scheme used an Achiever’s Club office and a 60-person call center in Karmanghat to recruit 18–24-year-olds who paid Rs 30,000 to join.
  • DCP Khareh Kiran Prabhakar said the network lured people with promises of easy commissions for adding new members and not through real product sales.
  • Mirchowk police had earlier arrested three local managers tied to Achiever’s Club, and investigators say more suspects are absconding.
