• The advisory takes effect as the visit begins on December 17, with a 2–3 p.m. halt from Hakimpet Air Force Station Y Junction through Bollarum and Alwal to NCC.
• The most extensive restrictions are on December 20, with two windows from 3–4:30 p.m. and 5–6:35 p.m. covering stretches through Begumpet, Panjagutta flyover, Jubilee Hills check post, and Roads No. 65 and 45.
• On December 21 from 5–6 p.m., curbs apply across Begumpet flyover, Rasoolpura, CTO, Tivoli, Karkhana junction, Trimulgherry X roads, Alwal T junction, and Bison Signal.
• The final phase on December 22 from 4–5 p.m. affects corridors linking Hakimpet, Bollarum, Alwal, Trimulgherry, Karkhana, and NCC.
