Huntsville Realtors Name Tiffany James CEO
Her two decades of association leadership are expected to guide HAAR's ValleyMLS through rapid regional growth by prioritizing modernization and member value.

- HAAR announced the hire on Monday, June 1, 2026 and said Tiffany James will formally begin at the end of July.
- James will lead both the Huntsville Area Association of REALTORS® and its wholly owned multiple listing service, ValleyMLS, with responsibility for governance, MLS reliability, communications, and membership services.
- She brings more than 20 years of REALTOR® association experience, including serving as CEO of the Fort Collins Board of REALTORS® and senior leadership roles at the Greater Las Vegas Association of REALTORS®, where she led modernization, communications, and data efforts.
- The CEO search was run by a HAAR Search Committee chaired by Robert Simons and conducted with executive search firm WAV Group, which said the process included months of candidate evaluation and due diligence.
- HAAR says James will focus on strengthening broker and member relationships, expanding non-dues revenue and education, and positioning the association to respond to Huntsville and North Alabama's fast growth in defense, technology, manufacturing, tourism, and population.
