- Huawei introduced the fifth-generation Watch Fit 5 lineup at a China launch on Monday, alongside new Pura phones and Watch Buds.
- The standard model uses a 1.82-inch AMOLED display rated up to 2,500 nits, while the Pro steps up to a 1.92-inch panel with sapphire glass and up to 3,000 nits.
- Both watches add upgraded heart-rate and temperature sensors, and the Pro includes ECG and a depth sensor with certification for freediving to 40 meters.
- New fitness tools include short guided “micro-movement” workouts, automatic cycling detection with simulated power and cadence, and wrist-temperature based women’s health tracking.
- Pricing in China starts at CNY 1,099 for Watch Fit 5 and CNY 2,099 for Fit 5 Pro, with sales beginning April 29 for Fit 5 and May 15 for the Pro, and no international dates yet.
