- Restrictions run from 5:00 to 22:00 across all 16 Mexico City boroughs and 18 adjoining State of Mexico municipalities.
- Hologram 1 vehicles with even plate endings (0, 2, 4, 6, 8), all Hologram 2 vehicles, and cars with foreign plates are not permitted to circulate.
- Vehicles with verification hologram 00 or 0, as well as electric and hybrid cars, and designated emergency and public service units are exempt.
- Noncompliance carries fines of 20–30 UMAs, equivalent to roughly 2,262–3,394 pesos in 2025.
- Air quality early Saturday was rated acceptable with moderate PM2.5; drivers should check vehicle status at hoynocircula.cdmx.gob.mx and note CAMe may adjust rules if a contingency is declared.
