- All vehicles may circulate freely on Sunday, February 8, as the program does not operate on Sundays.
- On Saturday, February 7, restrictions ran from 5:00 to 22:00 for Hologram 1 cars with odd plate endings (1, 3, 5, 7, 9), all Hologram 2 vehicles, and foreign‑plated cars.
- The rules apply across Mexico City, 18 conurbated municipalities in Edomex, and since January 1, 2026, also in the Valle de Toluca and Santiago Tianguistenco metropolitan zones.
- Environmental monitors indicated PM10 levels at an acceptable range on Saturday, and Phase 1 contingency measures were not required.
- Violations can result in fines of 20–30 UMAs and possible impoundment, which at the current UMA of 117.31 pesos equals roughly 2,346 to 3,519 pesos.
