Overview
- The Hoy No Circula program, which applies Saturday, April 4, runs from 5:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. across the Mexico City metro and the Toluca and Santiago Tianguistenco areas.
- Vehicles that must stay off the road are Holograma 1 with odd plate endings (1, 3, 5, 7, 9), all Holograma 2 cars, and all foreign-plated vehicles.
