Overview
- Housemarque released the update on June 11, 2026, and the patch is available to download now on PS5.
- The update introduces a full Photo Mode with camera controls, lens options (field of view and depth of field), character lighting, image and color adjustments, effects, and decoration tools such as frames and logos.
- Housemarque’s official notes list nine new trophy challenges tied to Photo Mode, and secondary reporting says those trophies are delivered as a separate DLC Trophy Pack that requires players to frame specific Carcosa landmarks and photograph five different Alpha enemies.
- Push Square reports the new trophies do not block earning the Platinum Trophy but do change what counts as 100% completion, meaning players who had 100% will need to unlock the new challenges to restore that status.
- The patch also fixes world and level collision issues, improves boss cinematics performance, and includes minor bug fixes and optimizations, while outlets differ only on the version-format label (1.005.1 versus 1.005.001) without any change to the update’s content.
