Overview
- Horizon3 announced the $250 million Series E on Monday that values the company at about $2 billion and was co-led by returning investors NightDragon and NEA.
- NightDragon will place executives on Horizon3’s board and the investor group includes new strategic backers such as EDBI, SAIC, Qualcomm Ventures, and others.
- The company says NodeZero has run about 310,000 safe production penetration tests and now protects roughly 7,000 customers while approaching near-$100 million annual recurring revenue after about 120% year-over-year growth.
- NodeZero autonomously probes live production systems continuously to find exploitable attack paths, give step-by-step remediation guidance, and verify fixes without taking systems offline.
- Horizon3 plans to use the funding to scale go-to-market efforts, deepen presence in EMEA and APAC, and accelerate R&D toward AI-driven blue-team agents that can remediate vulnerabilities found by automated pentests.
