Overview
- The Embraer E175 registration N659QX was unveiled Friday at Portland International Airport and has been named “To 45 and Beyond” for Horizon Air’s 45th anniversary.
- The livery features Woody, Buzz Lightyear and Jessie alongside new Toy Story 5 characters Lilypad, Snappy, Atlas and Smarty Pants with Forky and Karen Beverly on the winglets.
- Horizon Air President and CEO Andy Schneider said the plane was chosen to celebrate the carrier’s history and to “bring out the kid in all of us.”
- This is the tenth Disney-themed aircraft in the Alaska Air Group and the first Toy Story 5 design applied to a Horizon E175, a type that serves thinner regional routes across the Pacific Northwest and western U.S.
- The special paint job will operate across Horizon’s network, is expected to draw families and plane spotters, and ties to Toy Story 5’s theatrical release on June 19, 2026.
