Honor Launches Magic V6 Foldable at MWC 2026 With IP68/IP69 Protection and 6,660 mAh Battery

China sales begin later in March, with international availability slated for the second half of 2026.

Overview

  • The Magic V6 runs Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 with up to 16GB RAM and UFS 4.1 storage, and it features a triple rear system with a 50MP main, 50MP ultrawide, and a 64MP 3x periscope telephoto.
  • A reinforced Super Steel hinge is rated for 500,000 folds, the device carries both IP68 and IP69 ingress protection, and Honor says the inner crease depth is reduced by 44% with new anti‑reflective layers.
  • The foldable measures 8.75mm when closed and 4mm when open, weighs 219g in white, and offers stylus support on both a 7.95-inch inner display and a 6.52-inch cover display at up to 120Hz.
  • A 6,660 mAh silicon‑carbon battery (25% silicon) supports 80W wired and 66W wireless charging, and Honor says a 32% silicon cell in a China 1TB variant will exceed 7,000 mAh.
  • Honor highlighted Apple interoperability via Honor Connect, including two‑way notification sync with iPhone and iPad, notification relay to Apple Watch, Mac file sharing, and use of the phone as a second display, and it also showed the Robot Phone, a humanoid robot, the MagicPad 4 tablet, and the MagicBook Pro 14 laptop.
