- HoYoverse confirmed Version 4.4, titled “In Ravages Does the Whistle Sound,” will launch July 15 for PC, PS5, iOS, Android and the Epic Games Store and deliver the next Planarcadia story chapter.
- The new chapter sends the Trailblazer to confront the Lord Ravager Asat Pramad and to follow a hidden clue left by Himeko in an effort to locate the missing character.
- Himeko • Nova debuts as a 5‑star Fire‑type (Path of Erudition) who summons the mech Starblazer, and her banner will remain live for the entire Version 4.4.
- The Fate/stay night [Unlimited Blade Works] collaboration enters its second phase on July 24 with playable 5‑star Rin Tohsaka and Gilgamesh, a limited free claim for either Gilgamesh or Archer that runs until before Version 4.6 ends, and long‑term availability plus shared guarantee counts for collaboration characters and Light Cones.
- Version 4.4 also adds returning limited 5‑star reruns, new cosmetics and a pet, expanded Currency Wars content, a 10‑pull login reward at launch, and a Light Cone selection for players who spend 200 Star Rail Special Passes.
