Hoffenheim Extend Avdullahu and Hajdari to 2031 on Deals Without Exit Clauses, Report Says

The reported extensions point to a plan to keep rising starters in-house by removing release triggers.

Overview

  • Sky reported Hoffenheim extended Leon Avdullahu and Albian Hajdari to 2031 on contracts without exit clauses that are already signed.
  • Both 22-year-olds have held starting roles this season for the Bundesliga club after arriving last summer.
  • Transfermarkt estimates their combined value at €45 million, up from €22 million, and says the squad’s valuation rose from €156 million to €246 million this season.
  • Avdullahu joined from Basel for about €8 million in June 2025, and Hajdari arrived from Lugano for about €5 million on August 25 after Koki Machida suffered a cruciate ligament injury on the opening matchday.
  • Club record scorer Andrej Kramaric is expected to finalize a new deal soon, after telling Kicker early in 2026 that he wants to continue in Hoffenheim and would sign immediately.
