Hilary Duff Plans Family-Focused Summer Tour for First Album in 11 Years

She casts the run as a family road trip for her children to see the country.

Overview

  • Duff said Monday in a People interview, cited by dpa, that she will tour the United States this summer to promote her February album, 'luck... or something'.
  • She plans to take her husband, musician Matthew Koma, and their three daughters, ages seven, five and nearly two, on the road.
  • Her 14-year-old son from a previous marriage will not spend the whole summer on tour and will visit only occasionally.
  • Beyond U.S. stops, she said shows are planned in Canada, Ireland and Australia.
  • She described hours of schedule work with her assistant and called the trip a long road adventure meant to give her kids a way to experience different cities.
