Overview
- Hertha confirmed the women will face 1. FFV Erfurt at the Olympiastadion in their first match at the venue, with a draw enough to clinch the Regionalliga Nordost.
- The women’s game follows the men’s 2. Bundesliga home match against Greuther Fürth, and fans are allowed to stay for both fixtures.
- Entry to the women’s match is free with a ticket ordered online, there will be no matchday ticket office, and access is through the East Gate (Osttor Mitte).
- Hertha recently beat Erfurt in a rescheduled meeting that finished 4–0, and if they miss the point this time they still have two more league games to seal the title.
- Winning the regional league would not secure promotion because the third tier uses play-offs, so Hertha would face unbeaten 1. FC Saarbrücken over two legs in June with the first match away and the return in Berlin.
