Overview
- Hasbro signed a long-term deal for 31,435 square feet at The Lot at Formosa in West Hollywood, taking the third floor and part of the fourth floor of the Formosa West building.
- About 100 employees in film, TV, gaming, licensing, toys and the AI studio plan to relocate to the new office in the first quarter of 2027.
- Per a regulatory filing, the company will vacate its 80,000-square-foot lease on Empire Avenue in Burbank that housed consumer products and entertainment staff.
- The lease brings the 11-acre studio campus to full occupancy, with seven soundstages and tenants that include Miramax, Live Nation and People Inc.
- Hasbro says the consolidation builds a single L.A. base for content development, as it advances projects like a Monopoly film at Lionsgate, a new G.I. Joe at Paramount and a Clue competition series at Netflix.
