  • Units drove catastrophe-protection vehicles to staging areas to practice alarm chains and mobilization, with the Medical Task Force designated for major incidents.
  • Volunteers were not told the timing in advance, and an initial alert reached them around 5:30 to simulate a sudden situation.
  • An all-clear was sent at 12:30 via NINA, earlier than the initially indicated end time of about 14:00, and officials reported no major traffic disruption.
