Overview
- Halton Regional Police arrested 43-year-old Const. David Hamilton of Burlington on Feb. 25 after alleged offences on Jan. 3–4 in Burlington.
- He faces one count of possession of child sexual abuse and exploitation material and one count of transmitting such material.
- Hamilton Police Service has suspended him without pay, and he is being held in custody pending a bail hearing in Milton.
