- CISF officers spotted the unattended bag in the Automated Tray Retrieval System during routine screening on June 26, secured it and handed it to the airport Lost and Found team.
- Airport staff found US$10,720, 175 Chinese yuan, medicines and personal items inside the bag, with one report valuing the cash at more than Rs 10.14 lakh.
- The passenger was identified from the name on the bag and details on medicine strips, and CCTV review showed the person had already boarded a flight to Hyderabad.
