Overview
- Developer Gulshan Group has partnered with Indian Hotels Company Ltd to develop a Taj-managed luxury tower in Sector 129 on the Noida Expressway.
- The project comprises a 57-floor building with a 150-key hotel, 74 Taj-branded serviced apartments, and a top-floor penthouse.
- IHCL says this will be its first luxury Taj in Noida and its second branded-residence project in India, described as the tallest Taj hotel.
- Gulshan projects more than Rs 2,000 crore in revenue from selling the residences, while apartment pricing has not been announced.
- The serviced apartments are about 7,500 sq ft each, and hotel facilities will include multiple restaurants and an 8,000 sq ft ballroom.
