- Destructoid, PC Gamer, and Polygon on Tuesday published step-by-step guides for the new Riven Tides quest called Battening Down.
- Players pick up the mission from Apollo and complete three map tasks that ask for a photo, a repair, and a shoreline sample.
- For the photo, go to the Wavebreaker seawall in the northeast and shoot one of the big concrete struts, with multiple valid angles reported.
- The repair is on the large pipeline north of the Wavebreaker, where you follow the leftmost pipe to a yellow prompt even though the fix point shows no visible leak.
- Sampling piles of seaweed just north of Azzurro Beach near Hotel Panorama Azzurro completes the shoreline step, and finishing all three steps completes the quest and grants rewards.
