Guía Repsol 2026 Crowns A Tafona, Ramón Freixa Atelier and Voro With Three Soles

The guide widens to 808 venues, spotlighting new dining trends.

Overview

  • With the 2026 additions, the guide lists 808 restaurants (46 three-Sole, 173 two-Sole, 589 one-Sole), with Catalunya leading regional totals at 122, followed by Madrid 98, Andalucía 77, País Vasco 75, Comunitat Valenciana 68 and Castilla y León 54.
  • Eleven restaurants moved up to two Soles, including Dos Palillos (Barcelona), Smoked Room and Bascoat (Madrid), Fierro (Valencia), La Bicicleta (Cantabria), Vandelvira (Jaén), San Hô (Tenerife), Callizo (Huesca), Dromo (Badajoz), Mesón Sabor Andaluz (Cádiz) and Barahonda (Yecla).
  • Sixty-nine venues earned their first Sol, reflecting trends the guide highlights such as shorter, dynamic menus, gastronomy-at-the-bar formats and a tilt toward sustainability and staff conciliation; Andorra joined with a debut Sol for Ibaya.
  • In Murcia, Barahonda rose to two Soles and three newcomers gained one Sol (El Baret Wine Bar, Hispano 1926, La Casa de los Abuelos), while Alborada dropped to the general “Restaurantes Guía Repsol” list and El Olivar was removed after closing.
  • The awards were unveiled at a gala in Tarragona’s Palau Firal i de Congressos hosted by Lorena Castell and Jorge Ponce, with Repsol’s leadership and regional authorities in attendance.
