- Warrants name Isaiah Thomas Badger, 19, of Edmonton, and Jacob Wallace, 19, of Mississauga, on first-degree murder and arson charges, with Badger also wanted in Edmonton on outstanding weapons charges.
- Detectives alleged Badger acted alone in the Etobicoke homicide of Chandan Kumar Raja Nandakumar, while Wallace drove the getaway car in the Vaughan killing of Sergio Lopes.
- Investigators said stolen vehicles were used in the attacks, and a black SUV linked to the suspects was later found on fire near Kipling and Woodbridge avenues.
- Police believe both suspects are in the Greater Toronto Area, urged residents not to approach, called on the pair to surrender, and warned that anyone assisting them could face charges.
