Overview
- Located at Isabel la Católica 51 in the Centro Histórico, the museum is now open to the public with Tuesday–Thursday hours of 9:00–18:00 and Friday–Sunday hours of 10:00–19:00.
- More than 80 interactive stations feature virtual reality production-line tours, delivery-truck driving simulators, guided baking workshops, and tastings of freshly made mantecadas.
- The collection showcases decades of brand history, including original sketches of the Osito Bimbo by Ana Mata and extensive promotional memorabilia.
- Director Karina Fogel led the ribbon-cutting, and the first official visitors were the Ríos Arreola family from Zapopan, Jalisco.
