- Greenberg Traurig announced Monday that it signed a 10-year lease for about 25,000 square feet, taking the entire 12th floor of the under-construction 15 CityPlace with a planned move-in in fall 2027.
- The firm will relocate from Phillips Point, where it currently leases roughly 30,000 square feet while Related Ross carries out a reported $120 million renovation of that complex.
- 15 CityPlace is a roughly 500,000-square-foot Class AA office tower that already includes a major Cleveland Clinic pre-lease of about 125,000 square feet and was financed with a large construction loan secured last year.
- Greenberg Traurig says the new full-floor layout will house roughly 80 attorneys and professional staff and is intended to provide a more modern, collaborative workplace for client work and growth.
