Overview
- Cygames and Arc System Works will disable ranked matches, the online lobby, replay uploads/downloads, rankings, profile editing, and in-game announcements on April 20, 2026, with Ranked Match relabeled as Casual Match.
- RPG mode (including online backup requests), Versus, Arcade, Training, Mission Training, Room Matches, and Journal sections such as Gallery and Glossary will remain available in full or limited form.
- The trophies Now the Real Fight Begins! and Hot Enough for You? will become unattainable after the change, which also blocks new Platinum Sky unlocks unless those two are already earned.
- Players are urged to record bonus serial codes before the Serial Codes menu is removed on March 31, 2026, though redemption will still be possible afterward.
- Granblue Fantasy Versus: Rising remains supported with updates and events, and it is currently unclear whether the original will be delisted from the PlayStation Store.
