Gran Hermano Expels Lola and Sanctions Several Players for Sharing Outside Information

Production says breaches by recent repechaje entrants warranted an immediate expulsion, automatic nominations and a household budget cut that reshape the game’s nomination slate.

Overview

  • Gran Hermano expelled Lola Tomaszeuski during the May 25 gala after producers said recorded conversations showed she gave outside information and game advice to Manuel Ibero.
  • The same broadcast confirmed that Eduardo Carrera was eliminated by public vote, losing the final duel to Cinzia Francischiello with 57.7% against 42.3%.
  • Producers had already sanctioned four recent repechaje/Golden Ticket entrants—Lola, Andrea del Boca, Brian Sarmiento and Yisela “Yipio” Pintos—by placing them on the next nomination slate.
  • Manuel Ibero was added to that nomination slate for permitting Lola’s conduct, and production also imposed a collective cut to the house shopping budget to 50% with a warning it could fall to 25% for further violations.
  • Outside the house, Lola denied the claims, accused production of inconsistent treatment and favoritism toward other sanctioned players, and the changes have scrambled alliances and immediate game dynamics for remaining contestants.
