Overview
- Google announced the Pixel 11, Pixel 11 Pro, Pixel 11 Pro XL and Pixel 11 Pro Fold at its Made by Google event and opened pre-orders with devices set to ship beginning August 20.
- Every model uses the new Tensor G6 system-on-chip to run deeper on-device Gemini features and Google added Titan M3 security hardware to protect user data.
- The company raised entry prices while moving the base storage to 256GB, pricing the Pixel 11 at $899, the Pixel 11 Pro at $1,099, the Pro XL at $1,299 and the Pro Fold at $1,899.
- Google upgraded imaging and hardware details with larger main sensors, expanded zoom ranges (up to 120x on Pro models), brighter displays, the HiLight rear LED on Pro phones, and revised battery and charging specs.
- Google also launched Pixel Watch 5 and the Pixel Tag tracker with a November 11 ship date for the Tag, and the company says the seven-year OS and security update commitment will cover the new Pixel 11 lineup.
