- Scam Detection in Messages now flags notifications in nine additional countries—United Kingdom, Australia, Canada, Singapore, India, Germany, Mexico, Japan, and France—and adds support for more languages to catch suspicious chat notifications across apps.
- Gboard gains an in-keyboard scam warning that flags suspicious messages while a user types, but that Gboard feature is limited to the United States for now.
- Pixel VIPs home-screen widgets were redesigned to offer one-tap call and text actions, glanceable unread or urgent badges, and a floating navigation bar for quickly switching VIP profiles.
- Pixel Watch gesture updates improve Raise-to-Talk on Watch 4 and newer and expand a one-handed pinch to open and scroll notifications on Watch 3 and newer; the drop also expands Pause Point, adds Harry Potter audiobook/theme packs, and requires recent Android and app updates with timing varying by carrier and device.
