- Under Luttrell’s decade-plus leadership the nonprofit grew to about 70 retail stores, extended services into 103 of 120 counties, and places more than 3,000 Kentuckians into jobs each year through over 1,400 employer partners.
- Luttrell led the creation of Opportunity Centers that offer career coaching, education, job placement and legal and transportation supports, and opened the state’s first Goodwill Excel Center® for tuition-free adult high school diplomas.
