GM Defense to Auction First ISV-U to Public at Barrett-Jackson Palm Beach

The one-off, military-derived off-roader is being offered as a charity lot with strict off-road-only ownership rules.

Overview

  • GM Defense and Barrett-Jackson will sell a one-off ISV-U in Palm Beach, with 100% of the hammer price going to the Medal of Honor Foundation.
  • The charity truck is scheduled to cross the block Saturday, April 18, during Barrett-Jackson’s sale that runs April 16–18.
  • The ISV-U uses Chevrolet Colorado ZR2 hardware and a 2.8-liter Duramax turbodiesel with a six-speed automatic, four-wheel drive, DSSV shocks, and locking front and rear differentials.
  • GM Defense says the vehicle is not street-legal, is subject to U.S. export controls, and may be purchased only by a U.S. citizen or other eligible U.S. person.
  • The five-seat utility layout swaps rear troop benches for a cargo bed, and this one-off wears olive drab livery honoring the Medal of Honor and America’s 250th, with reported 4,900-pound curb weight and 3,200-pound payload.
