GHMC Launches Sunday Property Tax Parishkaram Across Hyderabad Through March

Overview

• Sessions will run on March 1, 8, 15, 22 and 29 from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. at all GHMC circle offices.
• Deputy Commissioners, Valuation Officers/Assistant Municipal Commissioners and Tax Inspectors will be on-site to handle cases, with priority for revision petitions and court-linked matters.
• Services include rectifying assessments, posting previously made payments via bill collectors, RTGS or online, and correcting arrears and self-assessment records.
• Each office will operate three computer-connected counters plus a reception desk to guide taxpayers, process requests and print records.
• Officials must submit daily updates to the Revenue wing on a central platform, with delays inviting disciplinary action, while a state one-time settlement offering a 90% waiver on accumulated interest over old arrears is open until March 31.
