Germany and Ukraine Launch 'Brave Germany' as Defense Ties Deepen

The moves point to a longer-term plan to build Ukrainian combat power alongside European defense industry resilience.

  • Germany and Ukraine, in a letter of intent signed in Kyiv on Monday, launched Brave Germany to fund defense start-ups and research.
