Gaza Reports More Than 73,000 Killed as 1,000‑Day Conflict Sees New Strikes

• Gaza’s Government Media Office released a 1,000‑day report that lists 73,066 killed and 173,514 injured since October 2023, including more than 21,500 children and 1,022 infants.
• The report says roughly 90 percent of buildings were damaged or destroyed, roughly 80 percent of territory is occupied, and over 2 million people have been displaced with tens of thousands of families wiped out.
