Overview
- The Los Angeles Medical Examiner’s report says Ethan Browne was found unresponsive in his Culver City bedroom on Nov. 25, 2025, at about 8:24 a.m., and was pronounced dead at the scene.
- The county medical examiner ruled the death accidental in January 2026 and listed the cause as the combined effects of fentanyl, methamphetamine and lidocaine.
- The July release of the full autopsy adds room-level detail: responders found a glass pipe with crystalline residue, burnt foil, vaping devices, nitrous oxide (‘whip-it’) cartridges, multiple prescription pills and a box with apparent illicit drugs.
