- For Friday, January 23, vehicles with verification holograms 1 and 2 carrying a blue sticker and plate endings 9 or 0 are restricted from 5:00 to 22:00.

- The program applies across all 16 Mexico City boroughs and designated State of Mexico municipalities, including the Valle de Toluca and Santiago Tianguistenco areas.
- Exempt vehicles include those with holograms 0 and 00, electric and hybrid cars, motorcycles, public transport, emergency units and vehicles with disability plates, with verification and temporary permits available via Sedema and hoynocircula.cdmx.gob.mx.
- Violations can bring fines of 20–30 UMAs (about 2,300–3,500 pesos) in Mexico City and possible impoundment, with enforcement by authorized transit police in CDMX and designated state or municipal officers in Edomex.
