Overview
- The Freedom 250 Grand Prix will run Aug. 22–23, 2026 on the National Mall and is the first NTT IndyCar Series race staged in that location.
- The ticket request window opened May 29 and closes June 7 at 11:59 p.m. ET, and fans must submit requests through Ticketmaster with an account to enter a random drawing.
- Requesters can seek a two-day pass or a single-day pass for Saturday or Sunday, and each person may request up to four free general-admission tickets per day.
- Organizers require payment information for identity checks and will place a temporary authorization hold typically under $1 that will be removed after verification, and awarded tickets are digital, non-transferable and may not be resold.
- Ticketmaster will process entries after June 7, notify applicants by email, deliver digital tickets closer to race weekend, and organizers say the controlled distribution and assigned STARS/STRIPES areas are intended to manage limited sightlines and curb resale.
