- Framework disclosed July 22–23 that a single LPCAMM2 memory supplier increased prices to more than double prior inventory, a move the company said it could not absorb without risking its business.
- The company updated its store so new LPCAMM2 retail prices are $239 for 16GB, $800 for 32GB and $1,600 for 64GB and said some systems and mainboards will also rise in price because of higher chip and Windows license costs.
- Because existing stock does not match preorder configurations, Framework will fulfill as many 64GB orders as possible through early batches then convert later 64GB orders to 32GB at the original 32GB price and convert some 32GB orders to 16GB at the original 16GB price.
