Fox Names 'Special Forces' Creator Sophie Leonard EVP of Unscripted

• She joins from Samphire Films, the company she co-founded in 2024, which secured BBC Studios investment in 2025, with several Samphire projects already in development for Fox.
• Her track record includes evolving U.K. SAS formats at Minnow Films into Special Forces: World’s Toughest Test, which has aired four seasons on Fox.
