Four-Star PG Mason Williams Commits to Kentucky for 2026

Mason Williams committed to Kentucky this week after an official campus visit, giving Mark Pope his first recruit in the 2026 class.
The 6-foot-3 guard had previously committed to play for his father, Mo Williams, at Jackson State before reopening his recruitment in December 2025.
Recruiting services place him just outside the national top 100 at 247Sports and around No. 124 at Rivals, with top-15 point guard status and a No. 3 ranking in Tennessee.
He averaged about 15.4 points and 4 assists in EYBL Scholastic play this season, highlighting a downhill style and solid vision at the point.
His immediate role in Lexington is not set, with a redshirt year under consideration as Kentucky also pursues No. 1 prospect Tyran Stokes in the 2026 class.
