- Premium Edition owners can start playing on May 15, with Xbox consoles and the Xbox app on Windows unlocking at 12:01 a.m. local time and Steam going live at 12:00 a.m. EDT globally.
- The Standard Edition launches on May 19 on Xbox Series X|S, Windows PC (Xbox app) and Steam, and it is included with Xbox Game Pass at launch.
- Preloads are available on all platforms for those who pre-ordered, which lets players finish the large download ahead of the unlock time.
- Steam follows a single worldwide schedule pegged to U.S. Eastern time, so local start times vary by region and can be earlier or later than Xbox’s local-midnight policy.
- Handheld support is confirmed, with verification for Steam Deck and ASUS ROG Ally devices, and a PlayStation 5 version is planned for later this year.
