- Stephen Geer, 44, was sentenced to 13 years after pleading guilty to vehicular homicide – DUI and vehicular assault – DUI under an October plea deal.
- Judge Russell Klein ordered 9 years for vehicular homicide and 4 for vehicular assault to run concurrently, within the 4 to 18 year range discussed in court.
- The November 2024 crash on Highway 58 killed Officer Evan Dunn and seriously injured Officer Bethany Grusing as well as two civilians.
