Fonavi Reintegro 5 Payments Begin for 66,644 at Banco de la Nación

The move continues a multi-year refund effort that has already returned more than S/3.675 billion to 1.279 million people.

Overview

  • The new tranche, which opened for payment Thursday, allocates S/222,234,070.69 for 66,644 beneficiaries who collect in person at Banco de la Nación branches on a DNI-based schedule.
  • Eligible recipients come from prior payment groups 1–19 and include adults 67 or older, heirs of contributors who would be 88 or older, people registered with CONADIS, ONP disability pensioners, and patients with severe or terminal illnesses.
  • Beneficiaries should confirm inclusion through the official online lookup for “Reintegro 5” using a DNI, and they can download the CERAD certificate that lists recognized contribution periods and the approved amount.
  • Heirs must complete accreditation before any withdrawal by presenting a sworn statement and documents proving kinship along with the holder’s updated death certificate, as required by the Secretaría Técnica under Law 31928.
  • Peruvians living abroad can collect through a trusted representative in Peru who presents a consular power of attorney legalized at a Peruvian consulate, and authorities warn the process is free and does not require intermediaries.
