- The Bank of the Nation began disbursing the Fifth Reintegro on May 14 to eligible fonavistas selected from payment groups 1–19 who turned 68 or 88 by May 31, 2026.
- The Secretaría Técnica started compiling Lista 23 on May 20 and the Comisión Ad Hoc says the list could be published in December 2026 after review and validation.
- Lista 23 is intended only for contributors who never received any Fonavi payment and who do not appear in prior official padrones.
- Heirs of deceased contributors have been able to register and accredit to collect payments since May 21, and authorities stress that approved payments have no expiration date.
