Florida Report Lists Two Disney World Guest Hospitalizations in the First Quarter of 2026

The Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services’ quarterly report for January through March 2026 records two qualifying incidents at Walt Disney World.
A 65-year-old woman fell while exiting Prince Charming Regal Carrousel at Magic Kingdom on February 2 and suffered a pelvis injury.
A 40-year-old woman with a preexisting condition injured her shoulder on Kali River Rapids at Disney’s Animal Kingdom on February 17.
The report tracks only incidents that led to at least a 24-hour hospital stay, so minor injuries and shorter treatments are not included.
Both attractions remain in normal operation, and these were the only Disney World entries that met the state’s threshold for the quarter.
