Overview
- South Yorkshire Police say a large group armed with pieces of wood and poles was fighting on Firth Park Road around 4:30pm on February 2.
- Response officers arrived within minutes, supported by the Operational Support Unit and Dog Section, and the group dispersed on police arrival.
- Five men aged 19, 31, 35, 37 and 53 were arrested on suspicion of Section 2 Public Order—violent disorder—and remain in custody.
- One officer sustained a minor injury from an object thrown, and police reported no other injuries.
