Overview
- AFP administrators are accepting new requests and rectifications only through their digital platforms until 6:00 p.m. on Monday, January 19.
- The legal cap is 4 UIT, now S/22,000 after the 2026 UIT rose to S/5,500, and the UIT in force at the time of registration defines the limit applied.
- Members who withdrew less than the cap may file a rectification to request additional funds, with reported cases of up to S/600 extra, provided there is sufficient balance.
- Procedures vary by provider: Integra, Hábitat, and Prima process rectifications in their virtual agencies, while Profuturo requires filing via its Libro de Reclamaciones.
- Payouts are made in roughly 30‑day intervals and in up to four parts; applicants from December 19 are receiving their first deposit today, while requests filed today would begin paying around February 18.
