FBI and Portland Police Raise Reward to $25,000 in 2006 Disappearance of Miguel Oliveras

Investigators are banking on a larger reward to shake loose fresh leads.

  • He was about 5-foot-11 and 170 pounds with black hair, brown eyes, and tattoos on his neck, back, shoulder, and hand, and he wore a gray camouflage long-sleeve under a white T-shirt, green cargo shorts, and white sneakers.
  • FBI Special Agent in Charge Ted E. Docks urged anyone with even small details to come forward, saying Miguel’s mother deserves answers.
