  • Oakland police say the 52-year-old was last seen near her home on the 500 block of Radnor Road in the Cleveland Heights area by Lake Merritt.
  • She is described as 5 feet 4 inches tall and about 120 pounds with blond hair and hazel eyes, and police say she wore a tan top and pants.
