Overview
- ExpressAI, which began a phased rollout Tuesday, is opening first to ExpressVPN Pro members with 500 daily credits and 2GB of storage.
- The service processes chats inside secure computing enclaves, where data is decrypted only in an isolated environment that operators cannot access.
- ExpressVPN says prompts and files are never used to train models, and users can turn on Ghost Mode or lock history in a password-protected, end-to-end encrypted vault.
- Security firm Cure53 audited the code, cryptography, and infrastructure in February–March and said the product meets its stated privacy goals after fixes.
- At launch, users can pick from five models for writing, reasoning, coding, and image or document analysis, with a side-by-side view to compare responses.
